My story

I rebuilt myself through strength training

I used to work in a high-performance engineering role. Burnout and physical breakdown eventually made it clear that something had to change. Strength training became how I put myself back together — and how I started living in a way that actually worked for me.

Now I work with people who are in a similar place. Not knowing where to start, not fully trusting their body. My job isn't just to get you back in the gym — it's to rebuild your physical capacity and confidence until training starts improving the rest of your life.

The approach

Built around how your body actually responds

Start with a foundation

We build carefully from the ground up. Starting where you are now, not where you used to be.

Progress that makes sense

Load and intensity increase as your movement and recovery improve.

Coaching that adjusts

Every session adapts to how your body shows up that day.

Confidence that carries over

Strength you build here starts showing up in your everyday life.

What to expect

Training adapted to your body, for noticeable change

Your questions, answered

How much does it cost?

Price will vary depending on your training goals, and required level of support. Fill in the enquiry form on this page and Kelly will be in touch to discuss the training option that's right for you.

How often would I train each week?

Most clients train 1–2 times per week. Your first 12 sessions are in-person so that I can get a feel for how your body moves and responds. After that, online training can be added to supplement in-person sessions.

How quickly will I see results?

Most people notice small changes within a few weeks. More noticeable improvements — in strength, daily life, and body — typically come in the 8–12 week range.

How do I book a session?

Spaces are very limited. Fill in the enquiry form on this page and Kelly will be in touch to discuss availability and whether it's the right fit.

Do I need a Les Mills membership to train with you?

No. You can purchase a $10 day pass specifically for your PT session — a discounted rate compared to the standard Les Mills day pass price.

Are you REPs registered?

Yes, Kelly is registered with REPs NZ, the industry's professional membership body. Visit the REPs NZ website to learn more about what registration involves.
